Move Up Sunday
A new school year is about to begin, which means some children and students will move up to their new class on Sunday, August 28th.  If you have any questions, contact the church office at 884-5932.  We are excited for the new school year.

Gospel Project Bible Study
Have you heard about the Gospel Project Bible Study and wondered what it is about?  It's a captivating study that journeys through Genesis to Revelation highlighting how Scripture purposely and relentlessly reveals God's plan of redemption through Christ.  The Gospel Project is held in the Welcome Street House at the end of the parking lot from 9:30 to 10:30 AM every Sunday morning.  All ages are welcome.  You're welcome to attend anytime or drop in any Sunday and try it out.  For more information, email Trudy Pierron at gtpierron@citcom.net or visit www.gospelproject.com.

Appalachian Coalfield Ministry
This year, we have committed to deliver NEW closed toe shoes to Williamsburg, KY for children.  Money that was given for missions during VBS will be used to buy shoes and we are asking for your help to collect more shoes.  We need NEW shoes for boys and girls-any children's sizes.  Each child who receives a pair of shoes will hear a Gospel presentation in a one-on-one setting.  A table will be at the back of the Worship Center each Sunday this month where you can bring NEW shoes or a monetary donation.  We hope to deliver at least 500 pairs of NEW shoes in December!  Thank you for being a part of this ministry!
